I had to write a review to share my excellent experience with Dreamee Home Furniture, thanks in large part to Evan. I purchased the Emilia leather loveseat sectional + ottoman along with the Cayboni LG TV Stand with the fireplace option, after doing quite a bit of research. Before ordering, I reached out via their website chat with specific questions about manufacturing and Evan got back to me right away—an actual person, not a bot—with thoughtful, detailed answers that really helped me feel confident in my decision. (PS, for anyone with a dog considering the Emelia leather sectional: DO IT! The couch is so comfortable, easy to clean - if you have a dog who sheds, you know the struggle - and it just looks gorgeous! I only wish I had room for more pieces in my living room!)
Throughout the process, Evan has been incredibly responsive and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. When the fireplace insert ended up on backorder, he proactively offered to refund just that component and even adjusted the warranty portion of the refund, which I truly appreciated.
The furniture itself is exceptional quality, and the service matched it from start to finish. Delivery scheduling was well organized and communicative, and the delivery team was professional, efficient, and respectful. Grateful for this company, Evan was super patient and communicative through the whole process. The price for the furniture with shipping was unbeatable, the shipping company they contracted was super professional. 5 stars, furnished the whole bedroom and my whole living room for half the cost from Ashley through them. He communicated every step of the way, upgraded me to in home delivery and assembly, and I was able to get the exact sofa I wanted from Albany Park for half the price!
