Refund Policy
Upon the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify our team within 10 days of the delivery date and you may opt for either a return or an exchange.
Return: The customer will be required to pay the total shipping cost and have the purchased item(s) packaged in its original packaging. A simple 20% restocking fee will also be charged from the original price. The said item(s) must have no signs of use (wear/tear) and must be returned in its respective original packaging
Exchange: A one time exchange of your purchase item(s) may be applied on items of greater or same value within 10 days of the delivery date. If the new exchanged piece has a higher value, the customer will be required to cover the price difference between the original and the exchanged item. The customer must return the original item(s) back in its original packaging, pay the total shipping cost of the previous and exchanged item(s), and a simple 20% restocking fee.
Restocking and Delivery Fees: Upon returning or reselecting an item, a simple 20% restocking fee of the pre-tax cost will apply. Additionally, if you opt for delivery of the exchanged piece, a second delivery fee will be applicable. Delivery fee varies depending on location. Please be informed that the exchange must be of equal or greater value. If the new exchanged piece has a higher value, you will need to cover the price difference between the original and the exchanged item.
Inspection and Reporting: We take great care in inspecting each item before shipment to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, we kindly request you to report it on the same day of delivery and we will replace it at no extra charge. Please understand that we cannot accept a reselection for items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
