Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please contact our team within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in new condition, free from any signs of wear or use.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees and the restocking charge.
Exchanges
Need something different? We’re happy to offer a one-time exchange within 10 days of delivery.
To complete an exchange:

The item must be in original packaging and like-new condition.

Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value.

Customers are responsible for:

Shipping costs for both the original and exchanged item

Damaged or Defective Items
All items are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Damage claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under our policy.
