We want you to love your new piece, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please notify our team within 10 days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Returns

If you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition (no signs of wear or use).

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your item, we're happy to help.

  • The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value.

  • You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs of both the original item and the exchanged item.

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to cover the difference.

  • The original item must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every item is carefully inspected before it ships. However, if you receive something damaged, please report it on the day of delivery with clear photos. We’ll replace the item at no additional charge.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
