Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Dreamee Home Furniture. We're committed to making your shopping experience smooth from start to finish — including clear, reliable delivery. Please review the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Shipping Methods

We offer four delivery options within the contiguous U.S., automatically shown at checkout based on your item's size and weight:

Free Ground Shipping — Available on all items under 100 lbs. Delivered to your door at no charge.

Overweight Ground Shipping — $29 — For heavier items shipped via standard ground carrier. Delivered to your door.

Threshold Delivery — $79 — Your furniture is delivered to the first covered area of your home (garage, covered porch, or front entryway). Does not include inside placement, unpacking, or assembly. Estimated arrival: 10–20 business days.

White Glove Delivery — $149 — Our premium full-service option. Your furniture is brought inside to the room of your choice, fully unpacked, assembled, and all packaging materials are removed. Estimated arrival: 10–20 business days.


Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Delivery timelines may vary by location and carrier availability. Dreamee Home is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Returns & Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Returns: A 10% restocking fee applies. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges: You may exchange for an item of equal or greater value. You are responsible for any price difference, shipping costs for both the original and exchanged item, and a 10% restocking fee.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

It is your responsibility to carefully inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. Any damage or shortage must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt before signing.

⚠️ By signing the BOL without noting damage, you are confirming the shipment arrived in good condition. Carriers require this documentation to process claims, and Dreamee Home cannot provide refunds or replacements if damage is reported after a clean signature.

For concealed damage discovered after delivery, notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description. We will assist in filing a claim, though approval is not guaranteed if damage was not noted at delivery.


Shipping Holidays

Our warehouse and delivery services observe the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders placed around these dates may experience slight delays.
