Shipping Methods
We offer three convenient delivery options within the contiguous U.S.:
Curbside Delivery
Delivered to the first dry area (garage or covered porch). Does not include inside delivery.
Estimated arrival: 10–20 business days.
Room of Choice Delivery
Delivered to the room of your choice (up to 2 flights of stairs).
Estimated arrival: 10–20 business days.
White Glove Delivery
Delivery to your desired room, plus packaging removal and assembly (up to 2 flights of stairs).
Estimated arrival: 10–20 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, destination, and delivery method of your order. Standard shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. For specialty delivery options, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status directly through our trusted carrier's tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
Returns

A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges

You may exchange for an item of equal or greater value.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Inspection at Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Any damage or shortage must be clearly notated on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt before signing.
⚠️ By signing the BOL without noting any issues, you are confirming the shipment arrived in good condition. Carriers require this documentation for claims, and Dreamee Home cannot provide replacements, refunds, or compensation if damage is reported after a “clean” (undamaged) signature.
For concealed damage discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos and details. While we will assist in filing a claim, approval is not guaranteed if damage was not noted at delivery.
