Shipping Methods:
We offer the following shipping methods:

Threshold Shipping (First Dry Area (Garage/Covered Porch) *Not Inside Delivery: Estimated delivery of 12 business days.

Room of Choice Shipping (1-2 Man Delivery depending on weight, delivery to a designated room of your choice. Up to 2 staircases) : Estimated delivery within 12 business days.

White Glove Delivery (Delivery to a designated room of choice up to 2 staircases + packaging removal + assembly): Our carriers will deliver, assemble, and set up your furniture.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, method and destination of your order. During the checkout process, we automatically calculate threshold shipping for you. If other methods are wanted please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and your location. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Please note that unexpected circumstances may affect delivery times.
Order Processing Time:
Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process before they are shipped. If you place an order outside of our business hours, it will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations:
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Tracking and Notifications:
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order's progress on our w carrier's trusted website that will be provided for you. We will also send notifications to keep you informed about your order's status.
Returns and Exchanges:
Upon the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify our team within 10 days of the delivery date and you may opt for either a return or an exchange.
Return: The customer will be required to pay the total shipping cost and have the purchased item(s) packaged in its original packaging. A simple 20% restocking fee will also be charged from the original price. The said item(s) must have no signs of use (wear/tear) and must be returned in its respective original packaging
Exchange: A one time exchange of your purchase item(s) may be applied on items of greater or same value within 10 days of the delivery date. If the new exchanged piece has a higher value, the customer will be required to cover the price difference between the original and the exchanged item. The customer must return the original item(s) back in its original packaging, pay the total shipping cost of the previous and exchanged item(s), and a simple 20% restocking fee.
Limitations: Please note that refunds and exchanges does not apply to items purchased under any promotional offers, discounts/sales, or any circumstances where free merchandise has been provided.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your furniture arrives damaged or if you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance within 24 hours of the expected/actual delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
