How quickly will my order ship?
Most in-stock pieces leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days. For larger sectionals or custom configurations, please allow up to 7 business days for careful packing and carrier scheduling. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We proudly offer nationwide delivery across the continental U.S. Delivery options include curbside, room-of-choice, or white-glove service for a seamless setup experience. (At this time, we don’t ship outside the U.S.)

How will I know if my furniture will fit through my door and into my space?
Every product page includes detailed dimensions for each piece. We recommend measuring doorways, stairwells, and hallways before ordering. If you’d like extra help, our team can guide you step-by-step in confirming fit.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your furniture. If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare case your furniture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or solution at no extra cost.
Is there a warranty on your furniture?
Yes. Most of our collections are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty that covers structural defects and cushion resiliency. If you ever have an issue, our team will walk you through the simple claim process.
