- Overweight Ground Shipping — $29: For heavier items that still ship via standard ground carrier, delivered to your door.
- Threshold Delivery — $79: Your furniture is delivered to the first covered area of your home — garage, covered porch, or front entryway. Inside apartment door if in a condo or apartment. Does not include inside placement, unpacking, or assembly.
- White Glove Delivery — $149: Our premium delivery option. Your furniture is brought inside to the room of your choice, fully unpacked, assembled, and all packaging materials are removed.
Your delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your item. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step of the way. Our team is here to make your experience seamless — if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Free Ground Shipping is included on all items under 100 lbs, delivered directly to your door at no charge. For heavier ground-shipped items, a flat $29 overweight ground fee applies.
For larger furniture pieces, you can choose from two upgraded delivery options at checkout:
Threshold Delivery — $79. Your furniture is delivered to the first covered area of your home, such as your garage, covered porch, or front entryway. This service does not include inside placement, unpacking, or assembly — your driver will bring it to your door and you take it from there.
White Glove Delivery — $149. Our premium, full-service option. Your furniture is brought inside to the room of your choice, fully unpacked, assembled, and all packaging materials are removed. It's the easiest, most hands-off experience we offer.
